How to book

To book, provide us with your guest’s full name, contact phone number, payment details, and email address. Please include the date and rafting adventure they’re interested in, and whether or not they require transportation.

We’ll send a confirmation email to them with directions, check-in information, and details on what to wear and expect on the tour.

Location & Transportation

Our rafting resort is located at 12825 Squamish Valley Road in Squamish, approximately an hour north of Vancouver and south of Whistler.

We offer transportation from Whistler and Vancouver departures based on availability. Please ensure you select the appropriate departure and meeting location at the time of booking.

Our Vancouver downtown departures are conveniently located at the the Hotel Belmont, and the Pan Pacific Waterfront Hotel.

Our Whistler pickups are offered from the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, the Four Seasons Resort in the Upper Village, the Gateway Taxi Loop in the Whistler Village, and the Legends Hotel and HI Hostel in Creekside.

What’s Included

We provide all the necessary rafting gear (wetsuit, spray jacket, booties, government-approved life jacket, and all the equipment required to raft safely). Guests simply need to bring a swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of scheduled departure for groups of 1-7. Bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of scheduled departure for groups of 8 or more. Refunds will not be provided if a trip is cancelled within the non-refundable period. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the trip departure time as refunds will not be provided in the event of a late check-in resulting in a missed tour.  All cancellations are subject to a 5% administration fee regardless of the time the cancellation is requested.

All tours operate “rain or shine”; however, Canadian Outback Rafting reserves the right to adjust or cancel any trip in the event of unsafe weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or extenuating circumstances beyond our control. In the event that this occurs, we will do our best to provide an alternate departure or a full refund.

Canadian Outback Rafting has a zero tolerance policy with respect to drugs and/or alcohol. We reserve the right to cancel your tour if we suspect that you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol before or during a tour. A refund will not be provided. Please remain sober until after the tour.
